Q: What is a Drop-In Visit?
A: A drop-in visit is a pet care service that provides temporary care for your pet in their home. Drop-In visits can include a variety of services, such as: Feeding your pet, taking your pet for a potty break, administering medication, ensuring your home is secure, playtime and snuggling, fresh water, and giving hugs and treats. Drop-In visits can be a good option for pet owners who want personalized care, or for pets that have special needs, separation anxiety, or are elderly. They can also provide additional security for your home. Drop-In visits are different from walks, which focus on physical activity, Drop-In visits can focus on your pets needs.
Q: What is a Time to Pet App?
A: The Time to Pet app allows users to:
- Schedule Events: View and schedule events, and request to add or cancel a walk.
- Easy Communication: Send and receive messages, directly from the client profile.
- Update Profiles: Update your profile information. Request services.
- Review Invoices: View and pay invoices, and make changes to your payment information.
- Complete Services: Complete services and send updates to clients

Q: Will you also check my mail and water my plants?
A: Yes, we can take in your mail and water your plants. Just let us know what you need while you are away.

Q: How do you enter my home for your dog walks and drop in visits?
A: PAWS’N’PALS requires two forms of entry to the home. If a key(s) is one or more forms of entry, then a lockbox is required to ensure your key(s) always stay on premises. A PAWS’N’PALS lockbox (which is yours to keep) is available for purchase if need be.
PAWS’N’PALS provides love and exercise for all animals as if they are our own. Our goal is to provide peace of mind while you are away. We ensure that your pets are in well-trained hands and quality care.
